We have a few core teams at Bennetts, each of which is focused on doing one thing, and doing it properly. These teams include:

- The Custom Software Development team focuses on creating Windows and Web applications

- The Technical Support team makes sure that our customers' IT infrastructure runs smoothly

- The JD Edwards Implementation and Support team specializes in the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP software in some of our enterprise level customers

- The Municipal Support team cares for and maintains our city's Consolidated Billing system

- Over the years, we have developed a Business Management product called Forturo, and we have a team dedicated to implementing, supporting and enhancing this product.

- Our Support Services team is responsible for all the important work, like making sure that our customers get billed

- Finally, the Customer Relationship team has the sole focus of making sure that you, our Customer, are happy.
